He accomplished this by implementing a number of innovative financial schemes, such as borrowing money from the Iron Bank of Braavos and creating a new coin with a lower metal content, allowing the crown to profit from the difference.
Littlefinger was also corrupt and embezzled money. However, Littlefinger was also known for being corrupt and misappropriated means for his personal profit. These actions suggest that Littlefinger was not a good steward of the crown’s finances, as his personal ambitions often took priority over the needs of the realm.
Overall, while Littlefinger’s financial acumen was impressive, his lack of moral scruples and tendency toward self-serving behavior ultimately undermine his effectiveness as a Master of Coin.
